Build an inbound-method card
For each available deposit option, note the legal account holder, supported currency, minimum and maximum, visible fee, processing estimate and reference requirement. Check the final recipient or merchant descriptor before confirming. Do not reuse a saved recipient if the live cashier now shows different instructions; first obtain written confirmation of the change.
Open the withdrawal screen separately
List the payout methods actually offered to the account, not the icons on a marketing page. Capture limits, fees, verification status and destination suffix. If a deposit method cannot receive funds, ask which owned method will be used and whether a return-to-source amount must be completed first.
Control ownership and currency
The casino profile, deposit source and receiving account should use consistent legal ownership unless support explicitly accepts another arrangement. Note any currency conversion and who sets the rate. Keep a small test within the planned entertainment budget; do not fragment payments across several methods merely to discover which payout route appears.
Retain a cashier ledger
Connect each deposit order, bank or wallet reference, credited amount, wager record and withdrawal ID. Reconcile reversals and refunds to the original source. If a route changes, preserve both instruction sets and the support confirmation. That record is more useful than a screenshot of an undated payment-logo list.
